How It Works

Representation Fee

30% of one month’s rent (due at lease signing after the property is located.)
We negotiate on your behalf to attempt to collect this from the Landlords.
Retainer per Showing Session:

$50 pre-paid retainer for the first property viewed during each showing session

$25 for each additional property during that same session

Maximum of 7 House Showings in One Session.

Showings must be consecutive in one day for each Showing Session.

What happens next?

If the landlord pays a commission, we apply it toward your fee.

If it covers the full 30%, your retainer is refunded in full.

If it covers part, your retainer goes toward the balance.

If lease is not signed from that session, the retainer is non-refundable.
