Mentee

This is a split-based tier for agents with fewer than 4 transactions in the past 12 months. It includes foundational support and training to help you gain momentum and move into full production.

Member

For agents with 4 or more transactions in the past 12 months, this tier offers a flat-fee structure with access to resources, branding, and a supportive community—no split, just smart tools for independent professionals.
